Mirrors is a six-session group coaching container built around the idea that we see each other more clearly than we see ourselves. Small by design. Built for real work.

What is included:

Six live sessions via Zoom 120 minutes each, every three weeks over three months.

Small coached circles Ten participants split into two groups of five. Jen coaches one circle, Steve coaches the other. At the midpoint the groups switch, so every person experiences both coaches before the container ends.

A teaching arc across all six sessions Each session opens with a concept to work with. The curriculum builds deliberately from session one through six, giving you a new language for what is already happening inside you.

Your mirror Between sessions you are paired with a mirror from your cohort. Not a check-in. A continuation. Someone who witnesses the specific work you are bringing into this container and reflects it back.

Session recordings Every session is recorded and available to revisit.
