Not because of anything clever we did. Sedona does most of the work. We just stop people from running from it.

There is a sound bath that will move through you in ways you were not expecting. A cacao ceremony that will crack something open gently. A hike through red rock that will remind your body what it feels like to be somewhere that has nothing to do with your real life.

And yes. There is laughter. The kind that comes out of nowhere when you are finally not holding everything together.

Get your spiritual hippie on. Nobody here will blink.

The work is real. So is the joy.

We Were Raised To Play It Safe. We Didn't.

We were both raised the same way. Be secure. Be respectable. Choose something you don't have to explain at dinner.

Jennifer had the six figure job as a VP in Marketing that proved she'd done it right. She left it anyway. Not for a better job. For something she could not put a title on yet- a medium, and something our families had no frame for. The fear was never about failing. It was about what everyone would think.

Steve was told to choose something he could measure. He did exactly that, a Masters in Psychology, an MBA, a career at Sony Music, every box checked. Then he left it to become an artist. Not a safer version with a creative hobby on the side. An artist, full stop, with no guaranteed income and no job description our families understood.

We did not get here by being brave first and afraid never. We got here by being more afraid of staying than of leaving.

That is the only reason we can sit across from you and mean it when we say we see you clearly.
