Each session we meet for 120 minutes.
We begin together as one group for grounding and clarity.
Then we split into two coached circles of five.
Jenn coaches one circle.
Steve coaches the other.
Halfway through, Jenn and Steve switch circles, so you experience both coaching styles.
Every person receives dedicated coaching time each month.
This is small by design.
